FARIBAULT, MN (February 10, 2015) – SAGE, a leading manufacturer of dynamic glass, has signed a two year supply agreement with Arisdyne Systems Inc., a developer of hydrodynamic cavitation technology to purchase Arisdyne’s “Electrosperse” conductive inks exclusively for the production of SageGlass electronically tintable dynamic glass that tints or clears on-demand to modulate light, heat gain and glare. Arisdyne’s patent pending Electrosperse conductive inks generate a high level of conductivity while maintaining superior adhesion to glass substrates.
“Arisdyne produces a high quality conductive paste that is well suited to our production process and we are proud to partner with them as we expand SAGE’s presence in the electrochromic windows market,” said Charles Hayes, SAGE’s VP of Administration. “Signing this agreement will facilitate SAGE’s ability to quickly introduce our groundbreaking new technology to the market in the shortest amount of time and with the lowest technical risk.”
“We are extremely pleased to be partnering with SAGE on this new, innovative window solution, which represents a paradigm shift that brings high tinting speed, performance and economy to such large critical markets,” said Peter Reimers, president and CEO of Arisdyne. “Our conductive paste has shown potential to enable greater performance in many process applications in the field of electronics. Our partnership with SAGE provides a new opportunity in the electronic materials market and substantially broadens our operations well beyond our current business in the fuels, lubes, chemicals and vegetable oil industry.”
