GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, OHIO, Ohio (Feb 1, 2018) – Learning and Change Management consultant Noelle Akins will present on learning evaluation measures at Spark: The Art and Science of Adult Learning. Sponsored by ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership, this three day virtual conference is designed to explore trends in professional development programs, learning application, and emerging learning technologies.
Akins’ session, Measures that Matter, aims to help participants capture and communicate the value of their learning programs. A senior consultant with Navigator Management Partners, Akins describes her desire to “help learning professionals dial into data that measures both the effectiveness and the value of their learning programs. When we identify measures that matter, our data demonstrates the learning impact and the business impact of our initiatives. This information helps us make informed decisions about future activities.”
Other conference speakers include keynote Debra Zabloudil of the Learning Studio, Rohit Bhargava of Influential Marketing Group, and Patti Phillips of ROI Institute.
