WORKSHOP: Re-wire for less stress

FAIRLAWN, OHIO (February 19, 2018) – Even though stress is inevitable, you can re-wire your brain and body not to react. Have you heard of Emotional Freedom Technique, which is also called Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful brain-rewiring tool that is quick, easy to learn and implement. It not only helps you handle challenges and the stress associated with them in a calm and peaceful manner, but it also helps you rewire the brain to stop reacting to the stressors in the first place.

It’s called tapping because, like a form of acupuncture, you gently tap with your own fingertips on specific stress-reducing meridian points. By tapping on these specific points you interrupt anxiety-producing thoughts, which in turn stops the production of harmful stress hormones. Think lower blood pressure!

Tapping works fast because the technique is physiological in nature and bypasses your conscious thoughts. As it aids your physical health by lowering the stress response, it also aids your mental health by rewiring the brain to stop reacting to stressors in the first place. You can use Tapping anytime and anywhere to optimize your emotional health and lower your stress response. It is a self-regulating mindfulness tool that you are going to hear more of in the future because of its short learning curve and effectiveness.

At this workshop you will learn Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) that will work through your subconscious to create a doorway for change.
